Shipping Policy
When your order ships
The first SUNDOG production run ships from October 10, 2026. Orders placed before that date are reserved from the first run of 3,000 sets and ship in the order they were received. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your box leaves our warehouse.
Orders placed after October 10 are processed within 1–2 business days.
What's in the box
One set = one box containing three SUNDOG UV Discs (23 cm / 9 in each). Shipping weight is 390 g.
Delivery times
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
- United States — 5–10 business days
- Canada — 7–14 business days
- Japan & South Korea — 3–7 business days
- Rest of world — 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, weather, and carrier backlogs can add time.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any promotional free-shipping threshold is shown in your cart before you pay.
Duties and taxes
For most destinations, import duties and taxes are not included in the price shown and are collected by the carrier on delivery. Where Shopify calculates duties at checkout, the amount is shown before you pay and nothing further is due on arrival.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email hello@sundogdiscs.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll reship it once you cover the second shipping charge.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we'll replace it at no cost. Email us with your order number and photos of the packaging.
