30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If SUNDOG doesn't click with your dog within 30 days of delivery, email hello@sundogdiscs.com and we'll refund your order in full — no need to ship anything back. Your dog keeps the discs.

To keep this guarantee sustainable: it applies to your first SUNDOG order, limited to one refund per customer/household, on orders of up to 2 sets. Bulk or resale orders are excluded. We may ask a couple of questions about what didn't work — your answers help us make the disc better.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Inspect your order when it arrives. If a disc is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Order changes and cancellations

The first production run ships from October 10, 2026. You can cancel or change any order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
